Welcome to my beautiful clean home with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Spacious living room & kitchen on main floor, cozy 3 BR upstairs plus air mattress(es)for 1-8 guests. The master BR is ensuite. Strategically located in a peaceful neighborhood. 5 mins drive to U of A hospital, NAIT, Royal Alex Hospital, Kingsway mall, Transit Center/LRT, VIA Rail passenger Train Station & 5 KM to Rogers place/hockey Arena. Easy access to Yellow head trail and Anthony Henday highway. 11 km to West Edmonton Mall & Commonwealth stadium. Close to shopping center, Pubs & restaurants.

3 bedrooms accommodation in a Modern house, peaceful neighborhood with private entrance. Cozy bedrooms for 1 - 6 guests, spacious living room with smart TV, 2 couches and air mattress for additional guests to sleep.
