My review was long due since June 2025 however I didn’t forget and here I am. The entrance was exactly as how they have shown in the picture, customer service was great excellent and alway willing to help but what is the point of running this hotel in the month of June when your AC not working and they couldn’t do anything about it, asked us to open the window and enjoy the fresh air. I was on a work trip and needed my good night sleep but I couldn’t and woke up at the crack of dawn due to sweat and uncomfortable feeling all night. They provided us fan and that made me speechless, for one night I was being charged around $180.00 but I was being forced to stay in that hot box. The hotel interior is not that great and very basic, not modernized, very old school, clean? Yes just the hallway has a very damp smell. The only good part was the breakfast. Please confirm before booking if their AC working or not. Around area is great for live entertainment, food and nice walk.

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and they were definitely the size of a small double bed. If we had 4 people in the room it would not have worked. The breakfast was fabulous. Valet parking was a hassle as there wasn’t enough parking to be able to use it when checking in. The rooms were uncomfortably hot with no way to adjust the heat. We left the window open but the noise from the street was very loud until very, very late. We were there for a wedding which was very convenient. Overall, a good stay with a few hiccups

I asked for an extra blanket because the room wasn’t warm enough, even with the heater on. Unfortunately, the blanket I received had a hole in it, apparently caused by a cigarette. The bathtub drain was also clogged. I reported it to the front desk, but even after two days, it still wasn’t fixed — I had to shower in standing water, which was quite unpleasant. The breakfast options were limited, and the quality was just average, especially considering the price I paid. I’ve been a regular customer at the Metterra Hotel, but after this experience, I’m not sure I want to stay here again.
