Our room keys continuously didn’t work, having to go back to front desk. Comments made by staff about keeping them to close to our cell phones even though they were not, felt like we were being lectured. Garbage piled up out front, overflowing. Dirty. Surprising for a Best Western.

We always stay here when we visit Edmonton, which is twice a year. The staff are awesome, the rooms are generous and always clean, but I think the breakfast room is the best one we have ever experienced! By far! Very disappointed by our last stay, bed was awful, dire need to be replaced, major body sag. But the worst part was they did NOTHING when brought to their attention. Won’t be back.
