Overall, an average stay. We let the property know it was our 11 year anniversary, and didn’t even receive acknowledgement of it. The hotel is fairly clean, but the room itself definitely needs a deep clean (dirty head board, carpets, etc). The worst part about the room is you can hear everything - we were woken up a lot throughout the night from hotel noises & people

Exceptional service, very clean and comfortable rooms, absolutely love modern bathroom with the vanity mirror, rain shower and handheld shower head. Our room was on the top floor right next to the ice maker, but was still very quiet while the hotel was hosting a convention. Excellent customer service from the front desk to housekeeping. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Mother daughter trip

Stay was good. Hotel is beautiful. The only two complaints I have are that the door on the bathroom in the room did not sit tight to the wall so you could so in both sides making it impossible to have privacy. Also the shower floor was insanely slippery and I was super concerned my daughter would slip. Very dangerous. Otherwise we had a good stay. Hotel is in a prime location and it was quiet and staff was friendly.
