Usually love Best Westerns always stay that’s why we became elite members . The room was not cleaned there were dirty pot on the stove dirty dishes in the sink and fridge and used bar of soap in bathroom . When asked to move had no same rooms would have to downgrade.

Loved it! Clean, well-maintained building. Breakfast and pool / hot tub were excellent. 1 EV charger was working and it saved us time and hassle on our trip from Calgary. Only feedback would be to repair (ideally) or replace the second charger which is physically broken at the moment and may be unsafe.
