Cozy and comforting home away from home

This rental is as cozy and cute as the photos show. It is very, very clean and the beds were comfortable (ultra soft sheets). The owners have included several thoughtful details to make it feel very homey —like a waffle maker and coffee station and several waters ready in the fridge—fluffy towels and several family games. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful interior. Very thoughtful storage. Kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of good things: easy-to-use app for using garage, water temp, bathroom fan, ample lighting, charging cords, kitchen bar, thermostat worked, vent locations, available board games, comfy beds, soft sheets, fast wifi, etc. One possible negative: no tv in the house.

Wonderful Property

I would have to give this property an A+. It was truly as advertised. Great for families with all of the things needed for kids. The fenced in yard was a plus too. Communications with the owners was easy and timely. Definitely would consider this property next time we are in the Quad Cities.

Perfect stay at the landing zone!

We grew up in the area and now need a place to stay while we visit family who have moved on to senior living. This is so much better than cramming into a hotel room. We have space to spread out, reheat leftovers from dinners out, sleep soundly in our own rooms, and have access to a full kitchen and laundry. Everything was so clean! The location is near to grocery shopping, restaurants, drug store and convenient to area attractions. The host was great about communication and thought of all the extras, like board games, kitchen supplies, extra bedding choices. It made our stay so much more relaxing. We will definitely land here again when we visit the Quad Cities.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay, even got to play in the snow a little before it melted .From the time we walked in, it felt like we were home. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. We will definitely come back and have recommended this home to our friends and family. We loved this property. Easy to get around and close to everything. Just 2 things we noticed that may be worth mentioning. Firstly, there's no hot tub here. There's a jet bathtub in the master which was nice but it was confusing because the listing lists a hot tub.Also, there's no TV here. Not important to everyone but worth noting. Otherwise it has everything you'd need.
