Toilet was filthy when i arrived. No toilet brush available to clean if i wanted. Informed staff. They did NOTHING. Trash basket overflowing.

There was poop in the toilet, no was rags, and they did not give me a wake up call like i asked.

It's a a decent and comfortable place to stay but if I had to pay the price but they charge regularly it would have not been as good of a deal. Travelocity made it a better deal

The smoking room smelled like smoke when we went in there and there was no toliet paper. Nothing else was an issue.

Smoker's rejoice!

Pros: Smoking rooms available
Cons: Only one ice machine available near the lobby. Several more should be placed throughout the hotel.
Location: There is a Walmart, a Jewel/Osco (grocery/drug store combination) and a few fast food places (I remember seeing a Sonic) within a mile of the hotel.
Was looking for an inexpensive place to stay overnight before visiting the Rock Island Arsenal Museum. I've booked rooms online before that were listed as "Smoking", only to arrive at the hotel to learn that they're 100% smoke-free. So when, I booked the room, I kept that thought in my mind. How surprised I was to walk into the room and find an ashtray along with the usual complimentary soap/shampoo! Plus, the air conditioner pumped out frigid, artic, "Mr. Freeze from the Batman cartoons" cold air (which was a nice change of pace from the Red Roof Sweatbox Inn that I had stayed at the previous night...) that cooled off the room immediately! The thermostat-equipped unit then kept the room at a very comfortable temperature throughout the evening.

Hotel was good for the price

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I am a smoker but I don't smoke in hotels.You could smell cigarette smoking in the hall ways. a little air freshener could go a long way if used. The back door was not locked at night even though it said it would be. Manager should look into that for security reasons because at 6 this morning there was a load full of youth driving around and around the parking lot. I notified the manager on duty. Internet was a bit slow, and continental breakfast was just ok.

Dirty, dirty, and did I mention dirty?

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Poor breakfast
One of the worst motels of all time- dirty, dirty, dirty.Worn out carpets,towels and mattresses. Huge stain (blood?) on bedspread. Minimal breakfast. If the price had been only $10 per night you would have clearly overpaid. I recommend the Comfort Inn next door.

Good value

Good, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great, three night weekend special price. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Good value for a basic hotel stay. Computer center available. Good restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner just next door across the parking lot.
