Breakfast is included and it begins at 8:00am, 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Both times were too late for me. Cooked eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, coffee, tea. Towels, coffee sugar cream and tea packets for your room are shelf service . They are in the closet on the third floor. No elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. Check in and out was easy and fast."
