Rooms are always outstanding along with the staff who makes sure our stay was amazing. We always book 2 rooms so grandkids can stay with us for quality time while visiting. Great hotel especially for groups. There are tons on tables and chairs by the pool/hot tub/ping pong tables. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls are paper thin however, so do not plan on sleeping in. At 7 am on a Sunday, the neighbor adults were talking and it was so loud that even with ear plugs in, we could easily hear every single word being said as if they were standing right next to us, not just mumbled voices. After about 30 minutes of trying to sleep through it we just got up and got going.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool area was a little chilly as was the pool. The tables outside the pool were a great place to gather as a family. The area is open until 11:00 on weekends; I wish holidays would be included in that. It would have been nice to have extra pool time but we got booted out right at ten. The breakfast was just okay. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a large group, around 20. We gathered at pool area in the evening and next morning. The staff made us feel like we were not welcomed in area. Checked wrist bands several times and was rude in morning. Actually asked one of our members if we all stayed in same room. We were in 10 rooms at the hotel. Just disappointed with staff attitude when we were in the common areas.
