Seems like a very new hotel - very calming interior with beautiful design. The breakfast was lovely with homemade baked goods. The wellness center is an added bonus. Rooms were comfy - not huge but big enough. Some of the technology is unnecessary and seems like it’s still being fully worked out (touch pad doors and blinds that open and close for example), but you can de-automate. Location is steps from a ton of pubs/restaurants and transportation, right up against the Dublin Castle!

This property looked to be brand new with the room having some of the most interesting tech I've seen in a hotel. All the room controls were ran through a panel by the door or bed. The curtains automatically opened on entry of the room, with all the feature lights turning on.

Very clean, modern facility. Best hotel elevators I've seen! Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room we had was a little crowded. Only major glitch was some problem with computer software. I kept saying that I wanted breakfast as a part of the room rate, and each morning, it didn't show up that way in the restaurant....but I was given a complimentary breakfast on two occasions.

I chose to stay at this hotel as a result of their business model towards sustainability and they delivered. I was very impressed. Chancery hotel is located within walking distance of several must see places on your visit to Dublin. Be aware that this hitel has a strict check in time of 3pm. So if you flight arrives early in the morning and you arrive at 8am for check-in, you will certainly not be admitted to your room until close to the time mentioned above. This was the one thing that irritated me after being tired from a transatlantic flight. The concierge will offer to store your bags free of cost and encourage you to venture out to begin sightseeing to pass the time. Breakfast at the Chancery is balanced and you have an array of options. But if you are a late sleeper you can still grab a coffee and pastry from the bar area. The Fawn restuarant offers italian dishes, unfortunately i could have only consumed two items from this menu as a result of my food allergies. My travel buddy tried several items and was mostly displeased with the dishes offered. Housekeeping and restaurant staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

The Chancery has the most amazing staff; courteous and kind and always willing to help. The Bar staff was very friendly and had a great time engaging with them. The property is new and is kept in excellent condition. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and they were very supportive in finding gluten free options that we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
