Just a heads up! Our base price covers the first 16 guests. If you're bringing a few more friends along, there is a small fee of $30 per extra guest, per night. Please make sure to enter your exact guest count when you book so we can have plenty of towels, linens, and coffee ready for everyone!
COOLING & COMFORT:
The tipi's are open-air canvas structures, so portable AC keeps them comfortable once the heat breaks, though it can't fully compete with peak summer afternoon heat. La Casa and El Corazon run full air conditioning all day, so there's always somewhere cool to land if you want it guaranteed.
"Beautiful spot! It's our first time glamping and it delivered." — Lyra, La Fortuna
WHERE EVERYONE GATHERS:
All of it is just for your group, a 27-foot pool, hammocks scattered across the property, private fire pits at several of the dwellings, and a bathhouse with four toilets, two soaking tubs, and two walk-in showers. El Mirador is the heart of it, an outdoor kitchen, grill, deck, lounge, and bar built for cooking together and staying out past dark.
ELEVATE THE GATHERING:
- Pre-stocked fridge and pantry so no one's running to town
- Outdoor movie night under the stars, the kind you'll still be talking about in September
- Private chef dinner at El Mirador, the whole group gathered around one table under dark skies
- A custom welcome for the birthday, reunion, or celebration, the kind of detail that makes people feel truly seen
AFTER SUNDOWN:
No cell signal, which most families end up loving, and skies dark enough to catch a meteor shower if you time it right.
"What a great time and a great place!!... sat out under the stars for a meteor shower!!! Can't wait to come back!!" — Debbie, La Fortuna
WHAT'S INCLUDED THIS SUMMER:
- Firewood stacked at both communal fire pits
- A s'mores kit for the kids (adults too 😉)
- Floats and pool toys out by the water
"Our stay was absolutely breathtaking... perfect for gatherings with family and friends." — Regina, La Fortuna

The path into the property is unpaved and has a flattened caliche road so please keep this in mind when planning your transportation.
Other Things to Note:
- The final stretch in is an unpaved caliche road. An SUV helps and isn't required.
- The terrain is natural, with gravel paths rather than a manicured yard, so little ones need eyes on them.
- This is real Hill Country land, so expect the occasional insect or critter that comes with eleven acres of native terrain. We leave everything you need on hand to handle anything that pops up between visits.
- Tipis have an open center at the top, so during heavy rain a few drops may come through.
Canvas structures show natural wear over time, light dirt, minor staining, or small repairs are part of the glamping experience and not a sign of neglect.
- Wifi is satellite-based and works fine for light use, but don't plan on streaming or a work call.
- Up to two dogs are welcome, 60 pounds and under, with breed restrictions. A $25 fee per pet will be charged separately after booking. We ask that pets stay off the furniture, and an additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.
- A separate reservation agreement will be sent to your email for digital signature before your stay. Happy to share it in advance if you'd like to review it first.
Interaction with Guests:
Self check-in and check-out, simple and straightforward. Everything you need arrives before you do. If anything comes up during your stay, our team is a text or Airbnb message away, any time of day or night.
