Checked into the room. notice the bed on both side were in bad shape worn down. Both side had dips in the bed. Told the front desk they moved us to another room same thing but not as bad. The beds were in bad shape need to replace all beds.

Nice Clean Stay

This was a great stay. We had a large room. It was actually a handicap accessible room but very large. The Fitness Center had lots of floor space and nice mats and chairs enough equipment. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. She helped me look up the directions to the event we needed to attend.

The hotel representative upon checking in assigned us an occupied room. Was embarrassed to walk into someone’s paid room. There could have been a confrontation with occupants. Scary. The same hotel representative was not knowledgeable about was in the room. Ironing boards, iron, water, what rooms were facing the front of the building. The breakfast staff did not want to replenish the eggs and other items 1 hour before the breakfast was due to be over when asked to do so by a guest. The trash was over flowing at elevators. Not changed frequently. The shower pressure was terrible. Shower head just tinkled water.

Cold day in the Hill Country

The hotel is fairly new and fresh. It was 27degrees and the rooms hav a window heater which was not on before we arrived. The room did not get bearable until 9 pm when we went to bed. They did give us extra blankets. And their breakfast is nice. Nice employees.

The entire staff at this hotel is so friendly, helpful, and wonderful. It really is like being along friends and at home. Very hospitable. We will come back again!

It was overpriced for how dirty and stained the property was. This property needs to clean the carpets as they are disgustingly dirty. The furniture in the lobby was also stained from food and spilled drinks. The pancake machine was broken for breakfast, and the pool was half full with algae infested water. This property is not well maintained, but with it being one of the few near athletic facilities, they are overcharging guests.

Dishonest

The price was great, so we checked into the holiday Inn, which is in a great safe location with easy access to stores food and into Austin. The cleaner on air freshener they use in the rooms are overpowering and almost feel like chemical smell.. the beds were comfortable. We were accident left a teddy bear of 25 years significance behind and called right away the next day and stated that he was left and in which room and of course front desk didn’t call me back as promised so I had to call again and then I called and I said OK I’m gonna double check my car and then I called again saying it’s truly left at the hotel so I have a house cleaning discarded Teddy or stole him . The excuse from the front desk lady was that it was hard to communicate with the housekeeping staff. Total sadness of my daughter Teddy hold memories of her German grandmother
