This hotel was great! We stayed for 2 days and had 0 problems. Room was clean, parking free, and they had a nice breakfast every morning. There's also a free shuttle as well depending on where you need to go. The gentleman that works the front desk was a gem. There was a snowstorm that happened while we were there and he offered me a discounted night if we needed to stay longer than expected. 10/10 will definitely be back next time I'm in Detroit!!

The hotel hallway smelled like cigarette smoke very badly. The blow dryer in our room was coated with brown/red sticky residue and we didn't even want to touch it. The vents on the heater unit in the room were absolutely filthy.

Paint was peeling off the walls, pieces of hair were stuck on the wall above the bathroom door, microwave wasn’t plugged in when we got in and had to move the tv stand to plug it in and it wouldn’t work, staff was alright but did not care much to acknowledge us, parts of the room and bathroom had small plies of dust and dirt, bathroom door handle was loose and kept catching on the door frame and wouldn’t close and when it did close the handles has no lock and wouldn’t latch

The elevator was broken and my child saw a used condom on the stairs of the 2nd floor. The microwave was broken inside my room. A bedbug was spotted after receiving towels and washcloths from the maid. A hotel guest car was stolen from the hotel parking lot while I was there. Never staying here ever again in life!!!

The room had no curtains and looked out over floodlights from a gas station next to a highway. So it was glaringly bright all night. The elevator was broken. The clock in my room was wrong. There was no soap in the bathroom. My key card was also not activated properly The room was clean.
