We loved how big our room was, but the walls were paper-thin. I couldn't go to sleep because the people next door were so loud until after 3 in the morning. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, even though we made it down there about a half hour before it was set to close. We did our own parking, and it was right across the street from the hotel.

PWHL takeover stay

The hotel is in a great location Just around the corner from Greek Town They offered a shuttle to Little Caesars Arena It would’ve been nice if they had more than one van running at that time, however the driver was nice Check in was a little difficult It was hard to hear the person behind the glass front Overall would stay there again

Beautiful hotel but nasty staff. I wanted to check this place out it was a first time stay. I had a bunch of bags and they don’t allow you to pull carts. The buss man at the door stated to me “this not that type of hotel” because I asked if he had a full cart and I can’t touch any what do I do? what do that mean? If you can’t touch the carts it would be nice to have them available upon arrival waiting for guest. The doorman really rubbed me the wrong way. Even when a cart guy came he kinda brushed us off grabbed all of the items in his hand and proceeded on. Nice hotel but the experience would make me stay else where.
