Place was very clean, in a very good area. Was not there on vacation so we did not do a lot. Went to butterfly pavilion, very cool, and miniature golf. When I had questions, they were very quick to answer. Would definitely stay again if needed.

his place was truly perfect for us! It had everything we needed and more, with a location that made getting around incredibly easy. The townhouse was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and felt so welcoming the moment we walked in. It gave us the perfect space to relax and recharge after spending an unforgettable Thanksgiving with our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Property was comfortable, but several factors should be considered if booking. There really is no Mountain View, it sits directly on a fairly busy road, lots of stairs ( dragging luggage up a bit cumbersome), and upstairs a bit tricky to regulate temperature, fireplace remote did not work, and it sits directly beneath one of Denver International’s flight path. Wouldn’t necessarily discourage booking, it definitely fit our lodging needs

Broomfield stay

Easy to check in, place was clean except we had a bad smell in the refrigerator. They offered to come and take a look but we put baking soda in bowls which is about the only thing you can do. I would stay again!

Nice Place

Clean and enough room for a small group. Garage too small to park in but street parking was more than convenient!Beds firm, pillows soft... not the best combination but other than that it was great!

Unforgettable stay! 5*

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Uptown Avenue - Broomfield! The home was spotless, modern and so beautifully kept — it felt warm, inviting, and truly like a home away from home the moment we walked in. Every detail was perfect and made our stay extra comfortable. The location was amazing — a calm, modern, and stunning neighborhood with beautiful parks all around. We loved going for walks and exploring the area! Plus, everything we needed — shops, restaurants, and essentials — was just a quick 5–10 minute drive away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this in order to be in the middle of where my son was trying to relocate. The condo was clean and we had a few minor hiccups that were handled quickly. They were also able to come through and allowed us to extend our stay due to our airports being closed due to Hurricane Milton. All and all our experience was amazing and we will probably book again!

Broomfield family stay

My family and I reserved this property because 1 of my sons leases another unit in the Arista complex. On future visits, we intend to reserve this property again. The townhouse fit our needs well. We enjoyed the patio. Although we didn't cook any meals, the kitchen was well stocked. The host communicated with us regarding a plumbing issue discovered by the cleaning staff. We appreciated the stocked paper products, soaps, coffee, filters, air freshner, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Comfortable & Safe. Great location

This property is conveniently located in a safe/well lit area. Entrance at street level/ garage with steps up to Kitchen, Living room, half bath and front balcony. Another flight upstairs to 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry. Tastefully decorated and supplied with shower and kitchen notions. The host was responsive to my questions and seemed to truly care about our stay which I appreciated. I wish there was a check out list on the refrigerator rather than texts or going thru the app. I’m kinda new to VRBO so that could be something I need to learn. We do plan to visit again and will definitely look at this home & host again. TIP : grab a pie from Colorado Cherry Company at the start of your stay. Enjoy

This property was conveniently located. Many good restaurants and shopping close by. The only negative was that there is a flight of stairs to the living space and another flight to the bedrooms. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. The garbage pickup was a bit confusing. In the handbook it said to put garbage out on Friday but you must look at the schedule posted on the refrigerator. Recycle is picked up every other week. It would have been nice if this schedule was mentioned. We only had recycles to put out on Friday but this was not the case for the Friday that we stayed there.Overall I would stay there again!
