Overall a good experience. Pretty clean, minus in some spots. The chair definitely does not get vacuumed regularly. I also hurt my foot on a huge staple stick out of the chair. The beds were super clean and comfy. No bugs. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The Texas shaped waffle maker is a nice touch. Would stay again.

Room was quiet and a/c worked great. Bathroom had long brown hairs on the floor and in the tub. (I am a blond with short hair.) Tried to check in at 1:30 and was told rooms were not clean yet. I find this curious as housekeeping was leaving our room at 9:15 as we were returning from breakfast on our checkout day. Breakfast and fresh coffee was nice to wake up to. A good place to stay for a quick trip to see our UNT student.

Won’t be back!

Clean but service was horrible. Lady at front desk yelled loudly when she saw me with my dog (first time traveling with my pet). She apparently thought I was going into the eating area for breakfast( when I wasn’t) with my dog. I had simply paused to call my daughter over. She then yelled at my special needs daughter because she was “staring” at her. I approached the front desk lady afterwards to explain and she was still very rude. We will not stay there again! They need better training on how to address people.

The room was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and well stocked. Easy to get to and the parking was well lit up at night. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely be back.
