The room was dirty my son’s legs were black from crawling on the floor even for a few minutes. The walls and counters were covered in food and dirt. There were roaches in the bathroom. The tv would barely work.. and alot of people live there and hang out in hallways and outside.

The front desk reception on my first evening gave a room key, with access to my room to another customer and 3 others that not only reside at the establishment but she is also friends with, they entered my room while i was in the shower. The cooktop stove in my room DID NOT work. The linens, I had to take them down to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. Apparently, housekeeping does not handle that!! Trying to get clean towels was like an act of congress, and you'd be lucky to actually recieve any. We had 1 bath towel each and 1 wash cloth. We only recieved clean ones , 1 time during our 4 days at the property It was absolutely unorganized and well, run by a bunch of clownin ass drunks and I will never give them another

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Fridge was not plugged in when we got there so we had to pull it away from the wall to plug in to be able to use. Bathroom was gross. Walls looked like they had never been wiped. Pillow cases were stained with what looked like old makeup and blood. The ac did not work properly, we had it set on 67 and we still were sweating in our sleep. The other guests were so rude…. Knocking on doors all night, stomping around and yelling all night. When I needed to talk to the clerk at the desk I had to search for her, she was outside smoking with residents. I am not a smoker so the intense smell of cigarettes at the front door is nauseating. This hotel is probably ok for men traveling for work, not an ideal stay for a woman and daughter to stay and feel safe. Will not be staying here again.

Check in was said to be at 3pm, upon arrival, at 4pm, there was still about 20-40 minute wait and it wasn’t advised in a polite way, just rudely asked why, were we in a hurry, which we actually were so just disappointed with the service overall. Won’t book there again. We’ve stayed at other woodsprings suites and had a pleasant experience but this was not the case.

The lady checking us in was pleasant. However, that is where it ends. We walk to our room and you can see the hallway floors haven't been cleaned. When we opened the door to our room, there was no bedding on the bed. Only a mattress and a frame. Plus, the room smelled of a couple different things. We turned right back around and checked out.
