It was a little warm in the dining area in the first day. I alerted the staff and they took care of it right away. A 24 check in would be better. With traffic we weren’t sure if we were going to make it on time but luckily we did.

Room, staff, key and poor communication or none from the upper management. Of all my years of traveling I had never experienced a hostile environment. From blood and semen stains on bed sheets to how the staff and management handle the situation was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to no one.

My issue is with the room and amenities. Thw bed was way too hard it was like sleeping on a rock infact the floor was almost as comfortable as the bed. My second problem was that you use to cary other options of creamer for coffee and now you only have ine option. You no longer carry the juice like you use too and inly offer apple juice or cranberry juice in little plastic containers. The coffee machine broke but the staff brought out a pot of coffee. Your vending machine was brokenand i have been staying at this location every year for about ten years and was not impressed.The staff was great especially the lady who ran the breakfast area in the morning's. They are the reason i am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I stayed in room 302, and I will be speaking from a former GM in the hospitality field perspective: 1) Make sure All linens are clean. The linen on the pull out was dirty. 2) REPLACE THE PULL OUT MATTRESS! The one I TRIED to sleep on was so worn that the floor would have been more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch for my comfort. For a $321 stay ALL of us should have slept in comfort. 3) the TVs need both a universal and the remote that comes with the tv. 4) being that it was a big holiday weekend, and a big football weekend every machine in the building should’ve been working, such as the vending machines and all ice machines plan ahead. Overall, the most I can say about my stay, here is the convenience of the location. The water drains slow out the tub, the tub faucet does not turn off completely, and the hot water was sketchy.

The first room I got put into had body hair all over the toilet, the second room I got into was an “upgrade” and it had mold all over the shower walls, like fuzzy, black mold. The employees were super nice and always super professional. However, it’s not the cleanest.

Meh. It was okay.

Subpar breakfast. I don't expect the world's best breakfast for hotel free breakfast but this was pretty gross. Most of the food was either stale or sometimes the hot food was cold. The worst of it though was the rooms. Small suite, smelled musty, air conditioner seemed to struggle a bit. Toilet seemed unstable and needed to be recaulked. Office chair falling apart. On Google it has two stars but the hotels.com made it seem like it was much nicer than it was. It was pretty clean but the hotel in general needs a renovation.

Bathroom tub was dirty, booking was awful and after trying to talk to front Lobby attendant with hardly not being able to speak English , he said I would get a refund in his end due to wrong date in checking in. So he took another payment and never refunded my other payment and when I called to inform him bathroom was dirty he was no were to be found. Wouldn’t answer phone and this was all at 2 am by the time I received a dirty room. After this I informed hotel.com and they tried calling hotel back and they wouldn’t answer ir respond phone calls. Very very poor staff. And they should hire personnel that know how to speak or understand English .
