Eric, who checked us in, did a great job. Breakfast staff the next morning must have been half asleep though ..buffet items were VERY slow to be refilled and they didn't seem interested in taking care of it when we mentioned it. Room was clean and comfortable -- try to get a room that doesn't face the highway, as those are quite noisy. Free TV options were limited.

We were given a handicap room. The room was entirely to big and was very echoing. We booked this room months in advance for a concert we were attending, not sure why we were given a handicap room. Will be booking properties through Verbo from now on. Hotels are just too noisy.

Property was reminiscent of a college dorm room. No closet for hangup clothes, no dresser. Maintenance is not being done and several things did not work. Had to be moved to a new room because TV did not work. Place just feels cheap and run down, even though it is supposedly new. On the last night we were there, front desk clerk continually left front desk, unlocked and entered the kitchen area with his phone and was absent for several minutes. On multiple occasions visitors would have to wait at the front desk to check in until he came back out front. It may say Hilton on the front, but it didn't look or feel like a Hilton. We will never stay at a TRU again, and are concerned about Hilton in general.

It was an easy check in and the room was fine. The fridge was not working though and did not have a freezer compartment and breakfast was not refilled when we went down and waited 30 minutes for it to refill! We went down at 7 so it should have been tended too a little more for how early it was

A new Stay in a new hotel for us

First time staying at this hotel. The two mean t the desk were helpful and extremely friendly and helpful They got us through check in quickly despite another large group coming in at the same time. They also made sure to point out local food locations nearby as well as discounts by showing our room key. There was also a Meier grocery store across the parking lot with gas pumps for the next morning sso we could fill up and get on the road! Highly recommend!
