We had a difficult time finding the actual apartment during check in. We reached out for help for over an hour and a half and did not get a comment back for three hours. The apartment had weed smell from the air vents from another tenant near to the area so after the first night, they changed us to another apartment. We appreciated that very much. We wanted to use the pool, but the pool was under construction for over two weeks. That was not mentioned to us either. Also, they asked us if we had a dog literally when we were driving to our location three hours before check-in and said we needed to pay 300 more. So, we made other arrangements for our dog to stay elsewhere. There was not a schedule of when to do trash either. That would have been helpful. Timeliness of the host interaction needs to be improved tremendously. We enjoyed the location of the apartment and the nice welcome packet that they gave. If you need anything else, I would be more than happy to help you out. So that the next tenant is more satisfied.
