Experience the best of the city from our conveniently located suburban retreat. Enjoy a great workout in our garage man cave (Dumbells, speed bag, TRX, workout balls etc, big screen smart TV) and then take dip in the community pool. We have a fully equipped kitchen w/gas, perfect for dining in after a day of exploring. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs for your entertainment. 10 mins from Allen Convention center!!! 15 mins to The Star in Frisco!!! 17 mins to Grandscape!!! Both bedrooms and laundry room are upstairs. Living room, kitchen and garage are located on the ground floor. You have the whole Townhouse including garage and laundry room! :) The Community pool is shared with all the residents of the neighborhood.
