We loved our time at the Hotel Denizen! Staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and we really appreciated the full-size refrigerator and freezer! Parking was close and we thought it was very safe. But the day we checked our, our front tire pressure was down to 15 psi. Not sure what happened. Hopefully, it wasn't because someone messed with it in the parking lot.

I had a wedding in McKinney on 9/28/2025. Several family and friends also traveled. There were absolutely NO complaints from anyone. The staff was phenomenal? The hotel lobby and rooms were impeccable. There were several gathering spaces for not only our crew, but your other guests were accommodated as well. I'd recommend the Denizen to anyone traveling to McKinney, TX.

One of the best stays for my family and I. Very modern and trendy. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything including a mid-size fridge, sink, dishwasher. Extremely friendly staff and very professional. I ll recommend to everyone that I know who plans on visiting Dallas.

False advertisement. On booking room description states room has shower/tub combo. Photos show the same. I had to have a bathtub for my child. I even put it in the special requests to ensure I wasn’t placed in an accessible room with a shower. On check in I verified my room had a bathtub. The front desk staff told me my room was a shower only. Then she said she can’t see special requests when booked through a 3rd party. Then redacted her statement and said she saw it. However they were fully booked and nothing could be done. Too late for a refund for me. I wouldn’t have booked here if I would have known it was shower only. I asked where the carts were to carry our luggage up. She told me they were all in people’s room. Not in use. Sitting in rooms. She didn’t offer to go get them. So we had to make several trip to bring our luggage in. Asked where the bar was as there is a photo on the “on property bar”. We were told there isn’t a bar but we could walk to the common table or restaurant district to get a drink. Very dissatisfied in this poorly advertised hotel. Oh and when I acted like I was going to book this hotel for the same night online, it showed 7 rooms available. So they weren’t fully booked.
