The room was very clean and well maintained. The lobby looked 'used' and 'worn out'. There were two people in the lobby lying on lounge chairs when we first walked in. It appeared they were in Aloft shirts. My first impression was that they were employees doing nothing. I don't know it that was an accurate impression or not.

I had a great experience at the hotel. First time staying in aloft hotels. Room was clean, nice, and bed was awesome. I slept like a baby. The staff was helpful, nice and friendly. When I come back I definitely will stay their again.

Great location near DFW with a free shuttle. The hotel has a modern, trendy vibe with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The lobby is lively with a bar and pool table. Limited food options and no in-room microwave, but overall a solid stay. 4/5 – Would book again!

Loved it!

I can’t wait to stay there again. The only thing I would like differently is a door where you could shower when you have a visitor. Next flight out of dfw we will stay there.

The front desk staff was rude, I waited 30 min at the bar to order a drink and food and the bartender never came out of the back. When I asked the front desk staff about it they said I should order door dash because the bartender is also the cook so he was probably in the back..cooking. As if I should know that and was just dumb. There were about 15 people at the bar l wondering the same

I came for an event and I can’t remember their names but the two woman there when I checked in made sure we had an easy check in, they were super informative, and my favorite part was them hyping us up every time we left for an event: they made us feel great.
