"Very warm welcome by Sarah on reception, set our stay off to a lovely start. Our room was on the corner of the building, which gave us beautiful sea views & a breeze through the windows which was appreciated in this heatwave. Yes the building is a bit tired with it's decor, but our bathroom was fully modernist, clean & our beds were super comfy. Hotel parking at £6 is a bargain & £10 for a pre booked breakfast was a bargain, we had a wonderful buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. The location is ideal, on the sea front, close to shops, restaurants & a 12 minute easy walk to the theatre. I would happily re visit this hotel, especially due to the lovely staff."
