The hall to our room was never vacuumed, and it was really needed. Staff were very nice. Room was very nice. We opted for no room cleaning for our stay. Shops and restaurants close by - great variety. Lots of door slamming as people came and went early in the am. One reason was because the door handles are rigid and do not turn, for quieter closing. Thin walls, could hear a lot of noise and voices. I suppose most hotels are built that way

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suites. It was clean, well-kept. There were many dining options within walking distance. It was close to the interstate, so convenient to getting to attractions in the area. The biggest downside was there was no variety to the breakfast. We stayed for several days and it was the same few offerings every single day.

I liked that it was brand new. I wish that the breakfast had more. The only things I did not like was the customers above us were very loud. I had to go get bedding for the pullout bed & the fan didn’t work in the bathroom & the tub stop didn’t work either.

The room was ok. Nothing to wtite home about. When we got there the parking lot was completely full. Many of the spots were taken up by construction trucks and there was an 18 wheeler taking up a whole row. Also one truck was parked where it took up 4 spots and there was a barbeque grill. We had to park up by the building where you go in to the front desk area.

The breakfast was excellent but the coffee was ok. The rooms are very clean but unfortunately the first night we stayed the city was resurfacing the road all around the property and it was noisy. Tried to sleep with eat plugs and that didn't help. The front desk attendant was very accommodating and willing to move us for the next night but he said the road work noise was over and he was right. So we slept wonderfully then.

Great place to stay!

Super clean and cozy. We had a small dog and she felt right at home. So much space! Would love a higher tech smart tv experience but otherwise really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast, pool and staff were all top notch. We will definitely choose Comfort Suites hotels in the future.

Can't say enough good things. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. We brought our black lab and upon arrival were told that the room we'd been booked into was on a floor that didn't allow dogs, but they switched us to an amazing room on a dog friendly floor with zero issue at all!!! Super clean and quiet. Felt really safe and the location was gorgeous.
