Did not stay here!! Manager was extremely RUDE, demanding ID's on all parties that would be staying in the room. Grandson is 18 but does not have a drivers license by his choice! When i asked to see the policies, she refused. I asked for a refund since it was after Travelocities cancellation time frame, she told the clerk to cancel and refund, yet my card WAS CHARGED! We have traveled extensively and i will say THIS place was the absolute worst we have ever been treated!! There are other places to stay close by with nicer managers!!

Below expectations

Website pics are much nicer than actual location. Didn't feel safe. First room the deadbolt didn't work, second room had blood on the top blanket and room was very dusty. Was kept awake all night by another guest and friend running up and down the outdoor concrete hall all night. Expected a little more for $75.

Room smelled like butt cheeks, wasn't the cleanest, little things needing repair everywhere, beds were cheap but comfortable. I know this wasn't the hotel's problem but the neighbour upstairs was stomping around until 1am. Not well insulated from what sounded like normal movement. Parking lot was small and poorly managed. Was cheap tho.

Worst stay ever

It was unbelievably LOUD 24/7 during my stay , when brought to staff they were extremely rude and did absolutely NOTHING.. Bedding was awful,tv only workd part of the time in Spanish ONLY, And staff was unhelpful..

Ground floor nightmare

Everything was perfect until 11pm when the “Upstairs People” showed up and made noise til 1:30 am pounding the floor and constantly dropping things. Stopped for about 45 mins then again. It was like this the whole night!

The king-bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, the fridge in the room didn’t have a freezer. Also, the ice machine on the property was broken and the office staff didn’t have any ice available for guests. The property looks run-down, is close to a trailer park, and just off of the I-5. It was not very expensive and okay for a one-night stay.
