Staff are all wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful. The problem is the floors are paper thin. The guest upstairs walked like an elephant. I don't think he was aware just thump thump thump till 11 am. Then started up at 6:30 am. So I ended up getting about 6 hours of sleep. I guess it is too late but try your best to get a 3rd floor room here. Sound carries like crazy. You can hear any conversation in the hall and the fire doors slam. Great location, good rate, good staff but all for naught if you can't sleep

I really liked the accommodations. The room was clean and a good size and included a sofa and a desk. The staff were nice. But I had two issues. The drain for the sink would not open so I let the front desk know. They did not have someone onsite to fix it so they paged someone. Instead of waiting, I fixed it myself. Even though I prepaid, when I arrived they requested a credit card for a hold on incidentals, which I provided. However, they actually charged the card $100, and then told me it would be 2-5 business days for a reverse charge to be applied. I’ve never experienced that before and believe that’s a terrible way to treat a customer.

Spacious, comfortable, clean. Toilet is really low, more difficult for older people to get up from.

The only negative on this property is the TEMPORARY broken elevator that is being replaced. They say it is still a couple month's until done. We have been staying in the bottom floor, and second floor, but I feel bad for guest staying in the 3rd floor hauling suitcases up... Great staff, good breakfast, comfy beds. I recommend this hotel, and will continue to stay for our visits to see our son in O.S.U.

We are hoping they will be getting the maintenance completed soon but in the meantime we are trying to let people know in advance so we may accommodate them to the best of our ability. If you visit this property, hope that you do not have to talk to or deal with Landon at the front desk. He blatantly rude and condescending. I never have wanted to walk away after spending money on a room before, but after speaking with Landon I was and embarrassed that this was exactly what I wanted to do. Yjis was just one of his several comments, but it stuck with me. "If you would have just looked on our website, you would have known our elevator was busted, you should have looked". This was right after I had tried to explain to him that I had problems trying to reserve a room on their website.

We are hoping that people try to follow up with their booking and verify that they have used the correct website to get full benefits as a Best Western Rewards member.

Elevator is broken... i understand they are replacing it, but soumds like it will be months Great staff, all very kind, and helpfull. I saw the front desk guy walk some older folks to the stairs, and then bring thoer bags up for them. Best western should be much fater in replacing an elevator. Does not seam like it should take "months"
