Like the River Views, River Walk, Breakfast. Dislike the $100.00 deposit you must pay upfront even after you've stayed at the property several times??! Dislike the undertrained in customer service, and even snooty front desk staff, very disapointed in your front desk staff at check out Saturday Morning of July 9th. Ungracious, unrespectful, know it alls is as nice as I can put it.... it would be appreciated if you would hire front desk help that have the Class and Smarts to match with this fabulous property.

Price Gouging due to Mom's week at OSU.

Cons: Clean moldy bathroom. Put curtains in rooms that close for privacy.
This hotel charged 4x it's usual rate due to mom's weekend at OSU. Nasty way to appreciate moms. My room faced the parking lot. The blind do not close so all night long the lights of cars woke me up and I had to change clothes in the bathroom as you can see right through the curtain. Not much for the exorbitant price. I will stay at a different hotel next time.
