The condo was big enough for our party of four. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry in unit. It was only a short walk to the beach!

The kitchen was equipped. It was clean It was a very cute condo. The beds could be updated with a mattress toppers or new mattresses ( they creaked with every move) and the couch and chair could be updated as well. The couch was hard because there was a piece of plywood under it. But all in all it was cute:) oh the host was very nice and we could see a little of the beach :)

Comfy condo & our host, William was so helpful with advice on restaurants & things to do. The golf cart rental was so fun & it was our first time to stay in Port A but not our last. Fishing & the beaches are amazing.

Easy check in was very smooth , home was clean. And organized. Pool was nice. Had a washer dryer combo which was great. Only draw back was beds not real comfortable. I would stay again.

Beautiful location and a lovely stay

The location was fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 25 minute walk to the main restaurant area/shopping area. Parking was easy. There was one designated parking spot with other spots available if needed. Overall it was a lovely stay. There were some aspects that weren't ideal.The condo wasn't cleaned to hotel/vacation stay expectations. There was a used soap and razor in the bathroom, crumbs in the microwave and on the counter, and linens seemed clean but were old/stained/had burns. The property manager (not owner) and two other people came into the apartment unannounced and with no notice. They were placing quiet hour papers in condos. This made me uncomfortable as a female traveler. However, on a great note, I let the owner know and he handled it right away.These aside, I would stay here again and at any of Williams rentals. It was a fun, relaxing and beautiful stay at one of my favorite beaches in Texas.

Uncomfortable Condo

The condo was a great price and it was in a great location, however, there was nothing comfortable about the condo. 2 beds in bedroom were awful, the sheets were stained or dirty and everytime you moved the bed made awful noises. Due to the beds being so close to the closet you had to move the bed to get into the closet, the walls behind the bed had black mold on them. The bathroom was crowded with the washer and dryer and you could hardly get into the shower/toilet area because the door did not open all the way but only half way. The shower was needs some work and cleaning. The sofa and chair in the living room were extremely uncomfortable and not very clean. The plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and also uncomfortable. The kitchen was nice and equipped with all the things you will need, the pool was very nice and clean. I would suggest that the owner/manager stay in the condo to understand that is just not a comfortable place.

Labor Day weekend

This property was clean and comfortable and just perfect for us. It is conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive to our favorite restaurants. We have stayed at Sunkist before and we certainly plan to return in the future.
