Summary:

Escape to this charming vacation rental just a stroll away from the pristine shores of Port Aransas Beach. Boasting two cozy bedrooms and a refreshing bath, this seaside retreat is ideal for a family getaway or a relaxing escape with friends. The property features a pool, perfect for lazy afternoons under the sun.



The Space:

This property can accommodate up to 6 guests with 1 master bedroom (King sized bed) and a guest room with full sized bunk beds.

Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.

There are two community pools right in front of the complex, which runs along 11th St.

Outdoor shower and grill are ready for your use!



Guest Access:

You will receive an access code on the day of your arrival to retrieve your keys, which are located at the property. Once you retrieve your keys, you can go straight into the property to enjoy.



Other Things to Note:

-**ALL PRIMARY RENTERS MUST COMPLETE A 3RD PARTY SCREENING PROCESS HOSTED BY TRUVI**-

-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
