Rooms were not ready at check in. A new room was given but the door didn’t lock and there was no maintenance man to fix it that day so it remained unsecured for the duration of the stay. The pool was closed. The renovations started very early in the morning.

The showers do not produce very hot water. However, the staff that I dealt with was super nice and very professional."
