"Cute little cottages right on historic Route 66! Spotlessly clean, and the property is well maintained. Check-in was quick, with just a phone call to the number provided and a text message with a picture of a photo ID. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return when we are next in Joplin. Only glitch was with communication. I tried, unsuccessfully, to ask questions for clarification purposes. No answer by text or phone message either of the two times. It would be a great improvement to customer service if someone took on communications with potential or pending guests."
