The place was exactly as advertised; clean, plenty of beds, and incredibly well situated within the Short North. Austin was responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is ideal for any Short North plans. Definitely all within walking distance. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us ladies. The shower pressure was indeed a positive conversation.

This property was awesome. It is steps from high street and for a large group going to the convention center every day it was perfect. It was clean, host super responsive, and ALL the beds for a big group. Had nice toiletries even! (We all pack our own but it's always a welcome surprise when there is shampoo already there like a hotel.)That said, you can tell the host is doing the renovations himself. This isn't a bad thing! VRBO and other house share sites started as people just sharing their homes. The house isnt perfect - one tub had a side that was a little wonky, we had a bed mattress fall down one night (short slats), there were a few ants in the kitchen. You know, house stuff. Nothing that kept us from fully using the home. So this is a heads up that if you are someone who expects vrbo houses to be like a hotel, this isnt the house (yet) for you. But if you get that we are staying in homes owned by regular people who have to rent even if an outlet still needs fixing then this place is awesome and fully deserves all the stars given.Final heads up - the one car garage is an old school 1 car garage. we couldnt back our van into it. We got our newer smaller suv in no problem with the backup camera. But if you are parking in it have a smaller car, or good backup camera, or good parking skills. (I can take a car off road all day but not backing into a small garage lol.) Thank you host for an amazing stay.
