The room seemed fairly clean, amenities were nice, HOWEVER, I woke up with a huge bedbug on my hoodie and bites on my neck. I proceeded to develop an itchy rash on the back of my neck as well. I alerted the lady at the front desk and she said someone would be in touch. I was NEVER contacted after that and did not receive a refund. I do not recommend here!!!

I had an excellent stay at Best Western while in the area for a medical procedure. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with kindness and efficiency.
