This Holiday Inn & Suites was perfectly convenient next to the highway. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean, and accessibility to the elevators and rooms was great. This was for a mountain biking trip and was easy access to bring in, bring up and store the bikes in the room.

Our room was clean and smelled great. The property was in great shape. The front desk staff wasn’t the greatest. One experience we were greeted with a rude exchange when we needed our key cards reset. And every other time we walked past the desk the person on duty was in their phones.

The hotel itself was fine. The staff was extremely inattentive: 1) called the front desk to ask that someone bring a toilet plunger as the toilet suddenly stopped flushing. 25 minutes later, I finally had to walk down to the front desk and request a plunger again. 2) went down for breakfast in the dining area. Had to loudly hail the attendant, as she had earbuds in and was NOT paying attention to the customers. Would not stay here again.
