The staff was great and understanding. However, the bathroom in our room needed upgrades as the toilet set was fairly worn and the paint of the tub was peeling off the inside near the drain in big pieces. It was difficult to stand without getting pieces of paint on your feet. Near the checkin there were dead bugs on the floor but they were dead. Also a bit disappointed is the time for breakfast is the same on weekends, which is 6-9am. Makes it difficult for late arrival.

I’m unsure how this hotel received high ratings. The first room they put us in (3 people) had one king bed. Not what I reserved. Then we were moved into 2 queens and the bathtub didn’t even have a stopper in it. (Traveling with a child—not safe) Finally moved us into a third room. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! The hotel was not! I would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. Shortly after checking in, I noticed cockroaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and they told me that all rooms were currently booked but they would move me the next day. However, I didn’t receive a follow-up call until the following evening, by which time I was scheduled to check out the next morning — so the room change made no sense at that point. I also asked about a partial refund for the inconvenience, but was told it couldn’t be done because my booking was through a third-party site. The lack of urgency and accountability from the staff was very disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel until they improve their cleanliness standards and customer service.

The hotel has a very unique look in the lobby. The fixtures were beautiful. The breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options. There is a lounge soon to be open.

Absolutely loved our stay. There was a small kitchenette in the double queen rooms which were convient. We enjoyed the outside room access to easily step outside to smoke if needed. Nice pool area.

Worst place I have ever stayed.

The room was ok. We had a suite, dishes had so much dust on them, we would've had to wash all of them before use. TV remotes did not work for either TV and desk clerk would not come to check out the issue. Elevators smelled like kerosene, it was disgusting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Only had one person to keep up with refilling items and coffee. Had to ask at least 5 times, each by other patrons to get a new urn of coffee.
