Other than hitting my head on the towel rack, all was good. On the bad side, because I booked thru you, I am not entitled to any rewards that my Gold Member status is eligible for. VERY UNHAPPY with that!!!!! They still got my $$$ but no rewards points!!!

I always stay here when visiting my son at Ft. Carson and this Hotel has never disappointed me. Clean, quiet. The only complaint is that the beds are a bit too firm for me but that’s my issue since I have a condition that causes my skin and muscles to hurt easily.

Exactly what we needed

We found the room to be very clean and comfortable staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typucal basic hotel type. I would definitely stay again.
