I had to stay here because im in am emergency situation and it is the cheapest in the area...for a reason. I've been in at least 3 different rooms there and they were all disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy and there were broken items in the room, not vauumed properly, with sticky substances on the carpets. The curtains were gross. The staff is awful and breakfast was removed before their posted hours. They have no compassion for customers. They have coin machines and dont keep change for customers. I was told I couldn't have early check-in after the night before a man said I was able to. The greasy girl canceled my reservation and made me late for work and I had to pay way more to my Lyft because she kept arguing. I blame her for the truth of the hotel. It was a dirty as her hair.

When entering the lobby it smelled so bad of Weed (pot), i though it was growing in the hotel. Had to open the window to air the room out, plus had to leave it opened all night. Bathroom door was very dirty. Unless you wanna contact buzz i do not recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel in advance for my trip. After a long day of travel, I expected a Super 8 by WYNDHAM would have been a blessing to walk into. I was completely wrong. I had to get the front desk clerks attention when I first walked in. Then when my kids and I got to our room, the first thing we noticed was how the floor wasn’t clean, and the desk was dirty and sticky. The sheets seemed to be fine, upon first glances. At the end of the day we were just planning to shower and sleep at the hotel anyway. Upon entering the bathroom, there was dried pee on the toilet seat!!! You could tell the toilet hadn’t even been wiped down. If that wasn’t cleaned, lord only knows how they wash their linens. It was a no for me. We went to check out instead. I told the front desk clerk who checked us in that we were checking out. I asked for managements information and he told me because it was third party I had to talk to Expedia. Okay no biggie. I forgot my son’s monitor and he called, told me to come get it. When I get back to the hotel he slaps the key card on the desk, says go get the monitor out of the room. If I could give NO stars, everything would have it. He didn’t even apologize or ask what was wrong. Just stared at me like a deer in headlights. As a Wyndham affiliate, how embarrassing that you allow your name on that! You should care about the MOTELS too, because that’s exactly what this property is!

The people were nice. We brought some lite food and drink. Some for medicinal and the fridge was not cold at all. Zero. But the manager said he had no other but the place sure seemed empty. The toilet had # 2 stains on the lid and side. The key wasn’t working right. It was a good location and the price was decent

Upon arrival, we were sent to room 105. We wanted to check the room before accepting, and as we walked in, the lights didn't work. We went back to the front desk and he then sent us to room 125. After looking at the room, the beds seemed clean so we accepted. After checking in and going back to the room, however, we realized none of the outlets worked. As my daughter sat on the bed, it completely sunk down in the middle. We went back to the front desk, requesting a refund and left to find a different hotel. Upon walking up to the desk, another family was there, also complaining because they had just been sent to room 105 (where we had just told him the lights didn't work).My husband called him out on it and all of us left, refusing to stay. Although we were promised a refund, they still took the money out of our account this morning- just filed a dispute with the bank in hopes of getting a refund.

I like that the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops..... What I didn't like is that I was giving RM 220 and when I got in RM I noticed the bed had a life size body indentation permanently in mattress so I was told the only other room available was RM 222 and when I moved everything over to the other room low & behold there is a hole in mattress the size of a basketball then to top it all off didn't get any sleep due to a air compressor or something underneath RM that repeatedly continues to go on & off approximately every 15 mins or so this has been a not so pleasant stay
