Staff was top notch, room was average. Room was really dirty in areas like behind the nightstand or behind / under the furniture. The bed was good, and the AC worked well. I do wish the fridge had an option to turn up as it wasn't very cold at all. Toilet had very little pressure.

Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes.

The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff I interacted with were very friendly, even when I called the front desk to address an issue with the TV at 11pm. I love that their pool is open year round and has a unique indoor/ outdoor arrangement. The hot breakfast is typical fair but a nice amenity considering the amount of restaurants in the immediate area. This is a busy hotel I'm told due to the military base that's nearby. Mandatory trainings bring an influx of enlistees to the area on a regular basis. I had no issues with noise nor felt it was crowded. I enjoyed my stay and will book again when I'm the area.
