Our room was filthy!!! And the entire 3rd floor! We had a toilet overflow and while the maintenance guy was great and helped fix the problem, the cleaning staff never came up to clean the bathroom or restock!!! Everything was filthy! It looked like they had not cleaned in months!

Very disappointed. My room never received service during my 5 night stay — the trash cans were not emptied, no cleaning, no fresh towels, no coffee refresh. When I reported the situation to the front desk, the person indicated that they would take care of it. But it never happened

This hotel was great! It was super convenient on our travels and while it was a little dated, it was clean and perfect for our family of 6. We especially enjoyed the DELICIOUS and filling "dinner snacks" that fed all of us. The options at breakfast were perfect for our entire family. The pool was also clean and the hot tub was perfect for the chilly evening. We would come back again!

GREAT hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was awesome (every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming) and the free breakfast was top notch (two kinds of eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, bagels - I could keep going) The pool & hot tub area was clean and full of fresh towels :) Also there were numerous luggage carts - which might sound like no big deal, but if you are a frequent traveler then you know what it's like trying to check out when everyone else is also trying to check out and you have to wait and wait for a luggage cart or carry your bags in multiple trips - boo! We would stay here again for sure!
