Never stay in this place

Upon arriving at this hotel, we encountered several suspicious individuals in the parking lot, including masked individuals. Upon getting out of the car, the first thing you notice is the smell of urine and marijuana. Upon entering the front desk area, you notice a place that isn't in the best condition, and you sense an unsafe environment. Upon arriving, the room was dirty, with cockroaches, and there was constant shouting in the parking lot. I am definitely very disappointed with this hotel; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Scary area. Lots of people outside fighting.

The hotel was not in good condition. The room had an attempt to be clean but carpet was sticky and bed linens old and stained. Lots of angry people living in the hotel yelling at each other outside the building. The door to get up the stairs to get to rooms was broken. Lots of problems.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was the worst hotel stay i’ve had in 20 years. The bathroom needs to be updated as well. The rug also looked dirty in spots. I would not encourage anyone to stay at this property.

I felt completely unsafe — had to leave after 30 minutes I booked this hotel based on the photos, but the reality was shockingly different. The pictures are absolutely misleading — the hotel looks nothing like them. The lobby is bare, dirty, and falling apart. There are no plants or decor, just a run-down space that feels neglected. The hallways outside were filthy, and the overall area felt extremely unsafe. There were people smoking right outside the building, and although we booked a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The sheets, while changed, had burn holes in them. The security latch on the door didn’t work properly, which made me feel even more vulnerable — especially because I was traveling with my 4-year-old child. To make things worse, there was an active police presence inside and outside the hotel. I was told someone’s phone had been stolen, but the entire atmosphere was unsettling. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. We ended up leaving just 30 minutes after checking in because I did not feel safe staying there with my child. Spend your money elsewhere — this hotel is not worth the risk.

From a distance and pictures property appeared to very clean but once I pulled up it was dirty and outdated. People were hanging out everywhere. The first room was terrible reeked of urine and smoke. They did quickly switch rooms but again the walk to the new room was dirty outside n inside stairwells. The new room was cleaned barely n had roaches I had to put in a request for them to spray. House keeping banged on door coming back was not an option if u didn’t let them in then no cleaning no new towels. N they did not have extra blankets. And I checked out a day early and was told to have Expedia call them for my refund. Still no refund as of today 6/3 and my stay was 5/15-5/17

This place looks nothing like the pictures. There were roaches and bedbugs. The room I booked wasn’t available when I got there to check in. The bed is at the edge of the door. I had to wait for the door to my first room to dry. The second room was still dirty with makeup on the pillows and sheets. Third room was better than previous and was told the safest. I had to have room key reactivated daily although I’d paid for 4 day stay. There were holes in the walls and cracks in the tub. Will not recommend or stay here again.

The property didn’t look like advertise. It’s a old hotel in need of updates. The rooms didn’t have a phone in it, but if you look at the pictures, you will see a phone. Lots of people hanging out and the police was called to the property. The elevator was out of service and bugs was in bathroom.

Not at all what the pictures look like. Trash everywhere looked, room floor hadnt even been vacuumed. No coffee tray in coffee pot and asked for one but never received. Breakfast was a filthy area. Had to ask for plates, cereal..had no syrup for waffles. Had children playing with whole sticks of butter then putting back in fridge. Same with bread, picking up with hands and putting back in container.
