"John and Marion were the best hosts of any rental type place I’ve stayed. They were very kind and thoughtful. Communication was great and they were happy to show us around the house and provide us with anything we could’ve needed. Check in/out was a breeze. The home was incredible and truly felt like a home, which was refreshing compared to company owned rental places. If my group and I are in the area again we would absolutely like to stay here again. "We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on Friday and left on sunday. The owner greeted us and was very accommodating.His manager Joel was a phone call away for anything we needed. I had my 85 yr old mom with me and she has difficulty walking. I only wish there was a room on the first floor. This is a great home for large families. Very large decks. It was nice to see my adult kids sit and reminiscing with their cousins. Between the hot tub, playing corn hole and just sitting back relaxing before the wedding was awesome! Everyone had their own space. Enjoyed watching the deer in the early morning. My sons also enjoyed the hiking. "

"My family visited over Memorial Day weekend and we had a great stay. My father-in-law, who typically dislikes travel, repeatedly commented on what a great house it was. I appreciated the well-supplied kitchen; I think this may be the first rental home I've stayed in where plating a family-style dinner wasn't an issue, and traveling with my 5 and 7 year olds, I really appreciated that there were plastic dishes available. The weather wasn't great, so the adults didn't spend a ton of time in the yard, but the kids loved exploring the stream at the back of the property. We would definitely love to stay again!"
