I was unimpressed with this hotel for one major reason. That reason was I went to the Cleveland Clinic for a doctor's appointment and missed my bus because the Uber mobile app malfunctioned. I only went to this hotel because it was the cheapest and cloest to my doctor's appointment. When I got to this hotel, they refused to give me the room on the sole reason I did not have an actual physical card in my possession. But I did have the virtual card on my phone and this hotel chain refused to give me a room. I would of went somewhere else if it was stated anywhere on the Expedia app, now I am out roughly $65.00 and had to stay in a homeless shelter for the night because this hotel chain would not honor or give me a room because I did not have the physical card. Also I would like to add, the card was in my name and I am an authorized user of her credit. The only reason why I have it is because it builds my credit, builds my mother's credit, and it is there in case of an emergency. This was an unexpected accomodation and I hope this review/critique helps the next person out who may be in the same situation I was in. Thanks for your time to review my post.
