"The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but as it was not carpeted it was quite noisy. The walls were thin and when other guests arrived and left the big industrial style doors made a lot of noise. Reception staff except a gentleman with glasses were not interested in who came into the hotel to the extent that a lady did not even bother looking up from her phone. The location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to get to from the station and to get to the historic centre."

"Very friendly helpful staff! The only drawback was gym- there was no ac so they put a small floor unit which was insufficient, one elliptical was not working correctly and no one knew, plus the water cooler was left empty for 24 hours. Also the TV did not function properly in the room and the maintenance person said he could not reset it. But overall good experience."
