It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could put a sign on your door to plant a tree rather than have your room cleaned as an option.

Always a pleasure to stay here, the staff are wonderful, welcoming and accommodating from the moment you step foot in the hotel. The rooms are a great size and laid out wonderfully with all the amenities you would expect; the bar has a lovely selection and again the staff here truly make the experience! We absolutely adored our stay and plan on returning, we did not see another hotel anywhere in Antwerp that we liked more. The area is convenient to both shopping and the historical area. Walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely too.

There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel, but the staff and accommodations make up for it. The night manager, was really wonderful, made sure we were able to box our breakfast before making it to our very early train. The rooms are spacious and lovely!
