I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even though I checked in close to midnight. I also really enjoyed the bar service—great atmosphere and attentive bartenders. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back!

Steps from Antwerp central rail station this property is modern and convenient if you’re coming by train. Also the Antwerp zoo is very close if you have little ones. It’s a bit of a hike to old city but overall great stay and will be back.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail and extraordinary Buffett breakfast managed by charming Hotel Director and Ona, always smiling and going the extra mile to made me feel cared. I would also like to mention the very nice bartender Luis, he always smiled as well and helped us to get more candy by the reception area, he noticed we were wondering around and approached us immediately from his station to us, what a Gentleman. Very please with the hotel and all staff and will recommend it 100%

Close to station

Great location for rail users. Hotel was quiet despite being so close to the tracks. Good beds and room size. Downside was no restaurant service on Sunday and trek back to the centre to get anything to eat. Service staff helpful.

The staff were without exception courteous and polite. The room was spotless, spacious and very quiet. An added bonus was the close proximity to Antwerp Station (though you would never know it) as we were travelling by train. All in all a great stay.
