Quirky is the perfect way to describe this property—everywhere you look, there’s something interesting and unique to see. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting.We especially enjoyed the large kitchen area, which became our main gathering space for sitting and chatting. The only slightly awkward aspect was needing to go up the narrow, winding stairs to use the living room—especially when carrying snacks or drinks. It did make us wonder about the layout, as the bedroom is downstairs with the kitchen while the living room is upstairs. I’m sure there’s a reason for it, and honestly, it wasn’t a big issue since the kitchen provided plenty of space for relaxing together. Just a bit unconventional, but completely manageable for an overnight stay.Vickie, the host, was very friendly and responsive. She also offered helpful dining recommendations, and there’s a binder at the property with plenty of additional options.Overall, it was a great place to stay.
