Upon check in our room was not ready as was the case wth several other guests, we ended up waiting around 40 minutes, the employees at the front desks were very friendly but seemed overwhelmed & confused by what was going on with the rooms & the software on the computer. Breakfast was good, what you sorta expect at a hotel. Room was very clean, the price & proximity to Great American Ball Park made it worth the stay.
