The interior design of this in particular hotel was really eye catching and amazing. I loved the design. However, I had a really bad experience. I stayed there one night to celebrate New Years Eve downtown to enjoy it. That didnt go over so well. Whenever I booked my stay through hotels.com, I added the additional option to purchase food & drinks. They were supposed to give me my voucher for my meal, but didnt. I had to leave the restaurant, just to go down to the lobby to get my voucher the next day and they acted like they didnt want to give me one!! I had to basically reaffirm to them that I paid for it and i want my "voucher" ! So back to checking in.
Once I got to my room, there was dirt and paint all over the floor! The bathroom faucet was not cleaned. I didn't feel comfortable at all! So, I called the front desk, which there is absolutely NO information anywhere in the room for phone services!! No number, extensions, or anything! I basically had to get on this app, hotels.com just to call the front desk because its the only source if information that was easy to find!
Also, this is not my first Marriott hotel stay. Normally the TV has your information on the screen welcoming you into your stay. There was no name at first and then all of a suddden. A name that is not mine, popped up on the screen.
Another issue, after i complained to front desk, they did offer me to change rooms, and i did, however, once i got into the second room, it was worse than the first.
