Property was clean and the staff was friendly. Good location and plenty places to eat around. Breakfast was complementary which was appreciated. However it would have been nice if they changed at least one item a day. They served the same thing every day. No safe in the room which would have been nice to have. Small kitchen available which was convenient but could benefit from a microwave.

Room Intrusion!
We have stayed here before, and were very happy then, so we booked again and it has gone downhill so much! I was in my room alone and a man who was not staff knocked on my door and opened the door and came in , when He saw me apologized and left. Staff said they would look into this as it looked like a master key had been taken from the staff. They never got back to us on this! We felt uncomfortable being there after this incident and won't be back!

Hotel was overall clean. We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights at this location. Breakfast was hot, but not much for selection and menu didn't seem to change. Our first room beds were very uncomfortable. Beds in the second room were a tad better. Neither room had enough blankets to use for the pull out sofa nor enough towels for number of guests in room. Stay felt more like a 2 star hotel with the Hyatt name on it. Staff was friendly. We would consider staying again if traveling through the area.

Very unclean and unwelcoming
The Cleanliness or lack there of was a big concern. The Room bedding was stained and contained hair (unchanged from last guest). The bathroom was dirty. Several of the staff members were rude and unwelcoming. They made us feel like we were inconveniencing them when we made minor request for linen or Receipts. The bathroom lack ventilation so when taking a shower the moisture from the steam quick collected into water running down the walls and wetting the floor. the sink and tub drains flow was adequate so our feet were in water during showers and sink retained water during teeth brushing.
