I like the Hyatt Place properties having positive experiences from a Northern Ohio location. This Cincinnati area property left me unimpressed. First, the positives. My room was clean w fresh towels. The staff I encountered was friendly. I had no safety concerns with the hotel or surrounding area. Now the negatives. During check in, there was a significant wait, as the only clerk on duty was gathering fresh towels for another guest. Overall cleanliness in the common areas was only fair. There was debris on the floor in the lobby. The elevators were also clearly not regularly checked. When I exited the 2nd floor elevator at 10 PM, there were used napkins on a table in the elevator lobby. Those napkins were still there at 9AM the next morning. The breakfast was disappointing. There was not the usual selection. I don't think the "eggs" or "sausage" were real My breakfast ultimately consisted of toast and jam. There appears to be a staffing issue. There was a sign in the lobby stating the hotel was hiring front desk & housekeeping positions. I was very annoyed the bar closed at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night. What is the point. Other HP properties kept the bar open until midnight. Also, the hotel staff I encountered did not appear to wear uniforms. That did not bother me as much they did not even wear a badge to identify themselves as staff. My stay was fine, but just that. I doubt I will go back to this property anytime soon, though.

The property was just fine. It is definitely outdated and is in major need of a renovation but it was a clean place to sleep for the night. Was looking forward to grabbing a bite and having a drink after a long travel day but sadly the kitchen and bar were closed. The area seemed to be safe but I would look elsewhere if you’re looking for somewhere a bit more polished.

Property is in poor condition. Needs updating, noticed many unsafe conditions in the room and around the property. Electrical outlets missing and exposed wiring. Snowed during our stay and none of the walkways or parking areas were cleared.

Pros were excellent location, room was clean, and price was reasonable. Cons were there was very little water pressure in shower, no housekeeping service unless you make a specific request, the hallway music was too loud at night despite requests to turn it down. We have stayed there on previous occasions and would probably do so again.

VERY LOUSY breakfast, used to be glass plates & silverware, now cheap paper plates and plastic silverware,,,,,,no YOGURT or other choices for healthy eating. NO COVID PARTICLES HAVE EVER BEEN ISOLATED, STILL IN A PANIC FOR SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T EXIST EXCEPT IN THE MIND OF FAUCI AND BIG PHARMA.

Its ok for a quick nights stay.

Breakfast was ok nothing to write home about options limited. Bathrooms could use an overhaul. Rust stains and tile is dirty. No microwaves in room. But great for a nights stay nothing longer. Would not let me upload photos on hotels app for review. Not a bad place to stay. I would stay agian if in area. Just not a top tier hyatt hotel.

Good time

It had great space and the staff was very friendly. No outlet on each side of the bed. Had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. I use my phone for an alarm so that was a little annoying
